  • Extended charters over multiple days

All offerings are contingent upon availability and adequate weather conditions. We reserve the right to alter or cease services at any given time.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

For charter reservation, you are required to:

  • Confirm that you are at least 18 years old
  • Submit precise and complete details
  • Provide payment for the requested deposit as detailed in the booking confirmation
  • Agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after payment is received and we issue a written acknowledgment. We hold the discretion to decline services to anyone.

3.3 Availability

Yacht charters are subject to the availability of the vessel and favorable weather conditions. We strive to accommodate your requested dates and timings as best as we can.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

Our quoted prices are in € and taxes are included unless stated otherwise. Prices may be revised without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

  • Deposit: 50% of the full charter fee required when booking
  • Final Payment: Due 48 hours before the charter commences
  • Additional fees (if any): Payable after the charter concludes

4.3 Methods of Payment

We accept commonly used credit cards, electronic transfers, and certified checks. Our payment process is safeguarded by robust, encrypted technology.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

  • More than 72 hours prior to departure: Total refund minus transaction fees
  • Between 24 and 72 hours prior to departure: 50% refund
  • Less than 24 hours until departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather-Related Cancellations

In the event that our captain deems weather conditions unsafe, we will propose to:

  • Reschedule the charter for the next possible date at no extra cost
  • Issue a complete refund if rescheduling is impracticable

5.3 Mechanical Malfunctions

If there are mechanical issues with your allocated yacht, we will try to supply an appropriate alternative. In the absence of alternatives, we will provide a full reimbursement.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Protocols

Passengers are obliged to:

  • Obey instructions issued by the crew
  • Don safety gear when instructed
  • Inform us of any health conditions that may impact their safety
  • Stay within designated areas within the yacht

6.2 Prohibited Goods

The following are not allowed on board:

  • Containers made of glass
  • Illegal substances
  • Firearms or other weapons
  • Unreasonable quantities of beverages
  • Animals (unless prior approval is provided)

6.3 Behavior

Guests must act in a manner that is respectful. We are entitled to end a charter early with no refund if a passenger's conduct endangers safety or disrupts others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Liability on Our Part

We limit our liability to the amount you have paid for your charter. We are not held responsible for:

  • Injuries to persons due to their own carelessness
  • Loss or damage of personal belongings
  • Indirect, incidental, or exemplary damages
  • Delays related to weather or situations out of our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

We have comprehensive marine insurance that covers our vessels and operations. Charterers are advised to arrange their own travel and personal insurance.

7.3 Acceptance of Risk

By engaging with our charter services, you recognize that marine activities carry inherent risks and you accept the obligation for your personal safety and health.

8. Changes to Itineraries and Schedules

We may modify itineraries, pathways, or schedules due to weather conditions, safety needs, or operational demands. We are committed to ensuring the provision of alternative experiences of comparable quality.

9. Uncontrollable Circumstances

We will not be held accountable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by forces outside of our control, including but not restricted to:

  • Extreme weather events
  • Acts of nature
  • Regulation by authorities
  • Harbor closures
  • Vessel malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Management

Your personal details are managed in line with our Privacy Policy. Utilizing our services implies your consent to the gathering and usage of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The content visible on our website, including but not limited to text, designs, emblems, and imagery, is safeguarded by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works is prohibited without express permission from us.

12. Applicable Law

The application of these Terms is subject to the laws prevailing in Germany. Disputes, should they arise, will be addressed within the jurisdiction of courts located in Hamburg, Germany.
