What does a standard yacht charter come with?
Our charters come fully equipped with a professional crew, essential safety gear, fuel, and basic beverages. Service inclusions differ—for instance, sunset tours come with exclusive refreshments and snacks, while business charters provide meeting facilities and tailored catering for enterprises.
When is the best time to make a reservation?
To ensure availability, we suggest reserving your spot 2–3 weeks before your planned trip. This is especially crucial during our busy months from May to September. For corporate gatherings and special celebrations, secure your booking 4–6 weeks in advance to have ample time for personalization.
What's the protocol for unfavorable sailing conditions?
Our primary concern is your safety. Should our captain decide the weather conditions are too hazardous, you'll be offered an alternative date for your charter or a complete refund. Weather forecasts are actively monitored, and we will reach out to you a day prior to your departure if the forecast is adverse.
May I bring my own food and non-alcoholic refreshments?
Certainly, feel free to bring your food and non-alcoholic drinks onboard. We also provide excellent catering solutions, and can tailor our menu to your liking. Be aware that for safety reasons, glass bottles are not allowed on board.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with special accessibility needs?
We are committed to serving all patrons. Some of our yachts are equipped with enhanced accessibility features. For individual requirements, please communicate with us when booking, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and ensure all necessary provisions are in place.
Can you tell me about your cancellation terms?
If you cancel more than 72 hours prior to departure, you will be refunded fully. Cancellations happening between 24–72 hours prior will receive a 50% refund. Within 24 hours, cancellations are non-refundable, unless the cause is inclement weather or mechanical malfunctions on our part.
